Sulha is looking for a responsible, creative, and energetic event producer! (part-time freelance)

About us:

The Heart Vision Association (known as Sulha) is an association that works to promote peace and reconciliation between Palestinians and Israelis. We believe that meaningful meetings can create deep connections and lead to social change. We are looking for a producer for the Tribal Fire gatherings and other events of the association.

Job description:

• End-to-end production of the Tribal Fire gatherings and a variety of other events.

• Developing creative ideas for events, while adapting to the values ​​of the association.

• Managing the event budget and schedules.

• Building relationships with various suppliers (venues, musicians, hosts, amplification, equipment, etc.).

• Monitoring the execution of the event and ensuring its success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in producing diverse events.

• High independent and interpersonal ability.

• Creativity, thinking outside the box and the ability to deal with challenges.

• Full command of Hebrew and preferably also in Arabic.

• Deep connection to the association's vision and values.

• Commitment to 8 hours of work per week.
